Shipping

We ship from the Netherlands to all destinations within the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Returns

Under European consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt and return the product within 21 days of receipt.

Return Conditions

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The product must be returned in its original condition. In case of depreciation due to use or damage by the buyer, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount.
