The color
The dark shade is not paint or stain. The wood is treated with natural tannins — this gives the oak a warm, deep color from within. Finished with a matte protective oil. Each shelf is unique due to its natural wood grain.
How is the shelf mounted?
The leather straps run through slots underneath the shelf and upwards. At the top, they are folded double and attached to the wall with the included plugs and screws. From the front, you only see the beautiful leather — no messy fittings. Strong and stable.
